Assist with promotional campaigns for strategically selected consumer brands including partner identification, competitive research, concept development, contact sheet management, pitch deck development, and recap decks/wrap reports
Support large-scale live events (CMA Fest, Comic-Con, D23, etc.), screenings, and other experiential marketing initiatives and stunts
Assist with the development of promotional premium items for events, gifting and stunts, ensuring that all items are on brand and adhere to company quality requirements
Assemble marketing toolkits for key priorities and distribute to partners as needed (Hulu, cable affiliates, internal corporate partners, non-profit organizations, etc.)
Complete administrative tasks as assigned (manage team invoices and budget sheets, input projects into internal project management system, SAP, data reporting, recaps and tracking, etc.)
Share creative ideas for growth, efficiency and collaboration with team
Attending department meetings and brainstorms
Watching shows and writing copy for social media posts
Analyzing social media data and the competitive landscape

Work with the team to distribute film marketing assets.

Submit AV and Print advertising content to internal/external reviewers including the unions and networks

Help in the development of marketing strategy materials including but not limited to campaign timelines, briefs, marketing decks and presentations, etc.

Shaping and executing on marketing strategy and tactics from social media to paid media, and promotions and partnerships

Help coordinate internal comms as necessary

Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, maintaining project boards and trackers, etc.

Help in the development, creation, and execution of assets for Max Originals campaigns, covering the holistic 360 Creative Marketing and creation of Key Art, A/V (with our partners on the Marketing A/V team), Digital and Social Content

Track approval reporting, capturing the feedback resulting from those submissions of the content.

Assist in the organization and filing of a high-volume of assets with the department on basic research, fact-finding and tracking of trends for creative campaigns to develop a visual throughline

Assist the staff in organizing creative assets, creation of briefs and marketing decks, provide script coverage, as well as additional miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the team.

Work closely with social teams to develop social campaign strategies

Participates in Multicultural marketing strategy and campaign meetings.

Assists in the coordination of special events and projects as needed.

This is Marketing Internship role at APG FORX is located in Los Angeles, CA with flexibility for remote work. As an intern, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales for our products. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, tracking and analyzing marketing data, researching new marketing channels, and assisting with marketing events and promotions.
